SHARING INFORMATION WITH MECHANICS
When you book a service, we share the information needed for the selected mechanic to complete the booking.
This may include your name, contact details, booking time, vehicle details, service selected, relevant notes and any additional work approved by you.
Mechanics must only use this information for the purpose of completing your Logcheck Online booking.
Mechanics must not use your information to bypass Logcheck Online, market to you directly, or contact you for unrelated purposes.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send important service-related emails, such as booking confirmations, receipts, invoices, service reminders, account notices or support messages.

Your digital logbook is designed to help you keep track of your vehicle’s service history.
We may use your vehicle details, odometer reading and service history to send helpful reminders about future services, registration renewals or eSafety checks.

You remain responsible for checking your vehicle logbook, registration, service requirements and roadworthiness obligations.
